Who should take this course?
Anybody who is seeking a career in the hospitality industry. This is an entry level course specifically designed to give the participant the job ready skills.
Where will it lead?
On successfully completing the course, you'll have the skills you need to obtain a secure job with a reputable employer in the hospitality industry - for example as a bartender or waiter. You might find work in a venue like:
- a bar
- a restaurant
- a nightclub
- a hotel
- a function venue
- a gaming venue
- a members' club
Once you've found work, you can take your career further with the Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations).

The course runs for 12 days full time.
