SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality Operations
SIT30707 Certificate III in Hospitality Operations
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in skilled operations with the need to apply discretion and judgement.
Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
At this level individuals may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.
SITHFAB012A Prepare and serve espresso coffee
Barista
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee using a commercial espresso machine, including storage of coffee and cleaning, and care and preventative maintenance of machinery.
You can use this course to enter the exciting and rewarding hospitality industry as a professional barista or utilise the skills at home to impress your guests.

Food Handlers Certificate
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who require the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to apply good hygiene practices within a range of service industry operations.
