Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Applications for refunds must be made to the Student Administrator.
All Refunds made to Complex Training Academy will incur an administration fee of $50.
Our Refunds policy is established on the following:
• If you advise CTA in writing no less than 2 working days prior to the commencement of your course we will provide a full refund minus the above administration fee
• If you withdraw from the course at day 1 or up to 25% of the course we will charge $200
• If you withdraw from the course at 25% or up to 50% of the course we will charge 50% of the full “Fee for Service” cost of the course
• If you withdraw from the course at 50% or more of the course we will charge the full “Fee for Service” cost of the course
• In the event you have been accepted and participating in the course utilizing the Victorian Training Guarantee you will be refunded on the hours not attended or used
• If you have enrolled and paid any course fee via our online service, the above points will apply to any refund request. You will need to apply for a refund in writing and the refund will be sent in the form of a Company cheque. This cheque will be addressed to the name and address listed on the online enrolment.
In the event that any training has been undertaken and a refund request is made, the deposit of $200 is deemed non refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All refunds will be provided by company cheque.
In all other circumstances Complex Training Academy will:
- Ensure that students receive a refund of fees for services not provided, including services not provided as a result of financial failure of Complex Training Academy;
- Ensure that the refund policy is fair and equitable;
- Ensure that the contractual and financial relationship between the student and Complex Training Academy is fully and properly documented and that copies of the documentation are made available to the student at all times.
