About Us

Complex Training Academy is one of Melbourne's leading Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). We specialise in providing training and recruitment services to the security, hospitality, OH&S and cleaning industries.

Complex was originally a security company that operated for over 30 years, employing over 500 security guards. In 2000 we changed direction and used our industry experience to establish a Registered Training Organisation. In the past 24 months we have helped over 2,800 people find sustainable careers in security and cleaning. We find jobs for over 80% of the people we train.

Throughout our history, we have remained a family-operated business. We pride ourselves on helping people from all backgrounds find long-term, rewarding careers, and on providing reliable, expertly trained staff to our corporate partners - some of Australia's best-known security and cleaning contractors.

We deliver training at our state-of-the-art facility in West Melbourne, minutes from the CBD. We have setup a fully function front of house restaurant to give our students access to the look, feel and standard equipment used in the hospitality industry. Photo's below:
